Exact Globe Next enables you to create a report that details the total aggregate of your outstanding payable amounts. This information will enable you to make management decisions such as asking for an extension on credit, paying off certain creditors first, and more.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 410 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Type or select the range of creditors or select the All check box for all creditors. Only the data that falls within this range will be displayed.
Type or select the range of classifications or select the All check box for all classifications. This field refers to the creditor classification (large account, small enterprise, and more). Only the data that falls within this range will be displayed.
Select All to include all amounts, Yes to include blocked amounts, and No to include unblocked amounts in the graph.
Select Columns to display the data in a bar graph, and Pie to display the data in a pie chart.
Select the type of creditors you want to be displayed on the graph. Choose from All, Supplier, or Payroll data (in case of employees).
Click this to generate the graph in Microsoft Excel.
Click the Graph, Table, Data, and Range tabs found at the bottom of the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to browse through the information.
Click this to exit.
